So I have
been asked about workout and exercises for the back!
I didn’t found so much
pictures, but I got a video from my favorite fitness/pilates YouTuber.
This lady
know how to train your whole back, it’s amazing!
I defiantly recommend this video!
I have also heard that, you cannot just train the stomach?
You have to train your
back also! I think I might want to try this out, when I’m not sick anymore.
